Kids ages 5 to 12 use the kids room. Ages 13 and up use the adult rooms.

Yes. Lots of guests are not sure at first. The team shows you everything.

A short check-in about how you feel. Then you suit up and smash for 30 minutes. At the end we lead a calm-down with deep breathing, so you leave lighter.

You are welcome here. No judgment, just release. You never have to share anything you do not want to.
